Our Story

We met at Deakin Res on October 15th, 2018—and yes, it really was a Uni love story. One random night in the common area, a mutual friend introduced us, and what started as a casual chat quickly turned into hours of conversation. From that very first moment, Niki knew this was it. By the end of the week, Brandon knew it too. Our conversations were effortless, and it felt like we had found everything we didn’t even know we were looking for in each other. We’ve been inseparable since that fateful night—bonding over our shared love of food, singing a few songs together, and even trauma bonding over the IB. While we’re opposites in many ways, we discovered that our core values are beautifully aligned. Seven years later, we’re happier than ever and so excited to take the next step—tying the knot and continuing this incredible journey side by side.
